🎶 The Soundtrack to Your Summer! 🎶

This August, Maidenhead Festival has teamed up with The Waterside Quarter to bring you Live and Local: Summer Sounds — a celebration of music, sunshine, and community spirit right in the heart of town.

What’s happening?
Relax, unwind, and soak up the summer vibes as some of the best local acoustic artists take to the stage for a series of laid-back, feel-good performances.

Bring your friends, grab a coffee, glass or wine or an ice cream, and enjoy the sounds of Maidenhead’s talented musicians filling the air with melodies, right in the town centre.
 
From singer-songwriters to instrumentalists, Summer Sounds will turn our town into a vibrant centre for excellence in The Arts, celebrating creativity and local talent in a truly community-focused setting.

Live Music Line-up
Sit back, relax and enjoy an afternoon of outstanding live music from some of the area's most talented performers. From original singer-songwriters and acoustic folk to musical theatre favourites and feel-good classics, Live & Local showcases the very best local talent in a laid-back festival atmosphere. Grab a drink, soak up the summer vibes and discover your new favourite artist.

Pull up a deckchair, soak up the atmosphere, and enjoy a drink from the pop-up outdoor bar. Treat yourself to something sweet at Cocoba Café’s ice-cream stand.  Keep the kids entertained with a free craft station, packed with creative fun for younger visitors. 

Free boat rides will also be on offer, courtesy of Friends of Maidenhead Waterways, from 2pm. Simply turn up,  book a space and timeslot and enjoy the wider event while you wait for your trip.  Buoyancy aids will be provided;  passengers participate at your own risk.
