Did you know that Maidenhead Festival is the biggest, regularly organised, free, public event in Maidenhead and has many benefits for our community, including building community spirit and goodwill. It helps to strengthen the charities and other organisations within the town which take part by providing a platform for publicity, fund raising and recruitment. The Festival also aims to generate footfall for businesses in the town by bringing more people to the centre.
In 2023 we had in excess of 10,000 Festival goers and we hope to increase that number and support all the fabulous local entertainment, stallholders, fun fair and street food vendors who regularly support the Festival.
Festival is organised by a team of enthusiastic Maidenhead residents, all of whom are volunteers and give up their time for free to bring this event to the town. Festival is a not-for-profit organisation and relies on the volunteers raising £60,000 every year to make it happen. Can you help them?
